Check Yo Chakras x Lotus Muun

Saturday, June 4th Lost Lotus x Lotus Muun will be collaborating magic for their Check Yo Chakras Workshop. This workshop will focus on the chakras (energy centers) in the body that connects us to universal energy of existence. 

Muun who has been a Reiki Master since 2018, will dive deep into the knowledge of the 7 chakras that exists within the body. Together, we will learn how to identify when your chakras are balanced or unbalanced. We will also dive further into the  symptoms of overactive chakras and under-active chakras, and how to bring them back into alignment. 

Natasha (E-RYT 500) will then guide us through a heart opening flow to amplify your own healing abilities through yoga asana and meditation. Followed by a heart opening sound bath.
