Bring your yoga mat and your inner 8-year-old! Join us for a Galentine’s celebration of love in all its forms—romantic, platonic, and self-love included. 💖
We’ll start with a 60-minute Divine Feminine Flow, a slow, sensual, unheated vinyasa with juicy hip and heart openers and intuitive movement to help you fall in love with being in your body. 🧘🏻♀️
Then, we’ll settle into a cozy, nostalgic Valentine card-making party. Think construction paper hearts, markers, glitter, stickers, and zero pressure. Make cards for your partner, your bestie, your mom, your group chat, or yourself (highly encouraged). 💌
Enjoy light snacks, tea, Valentine’s treats, and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag. 🥰
Bonus fun: Wear pink, red, or your favorite Valentine’s outfit. 💕❤️
