About the event
Lost Lotus and OV are working together to give back to the community! Every Sunday in the month of January we will be holding our morning session of GYSTS at the OV store in the Heights! A workshop style class with movement, guided meditation, and journaling. This class is meant to help you allocate time for moving through stagnant energy, reconnecting with yourself, and organizing your goals and visions for the upcoming week.
