Join Natasha Ponciano and learn about Face Yoga,Gua Sha, and a Guided Meditation Experience. All three of these are wonderfully complementary techniques.

While both have benefits on their own, using them together increases their effectiveness and helps you build a beautiful self-care practice that also lifts and tones your face.

Face Yoga concentrates on five main strands: facial exercises, facial massage, acupressure, relaxation, and wellness.

Gua Sha also helps tone and strengthen your facial muscles, release tension, and boost the circulation.

While meditiation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.
