This class will balance elements of strength-training, breath work, and mental centering to empower you to feel your best throughout your entire pregnancy and help prepare you for labor and delivery.

Post Natal Yoga with Allison 9 AM
A class designed with the intention of helping you reclaim your individuality in the early months after pregnancy.
We’ll incorporate elements of focused breath work, pelvic floor engagement, and isometric muscle activation for gradual strength reacquisition, in ways that are safe for a postpartum body.

This workshop style class helps increase your sense of clarity and control over your life and empower you to commit and implement immediate changes.
Movement and Mediation, accompanied by guided reflective writing exercises so you can solidify your goals and visions for the upcoming week.
